APTOS polydioxanone and polylactic acid thread lifting performed by MUDr. Kateřina Adamcová — one of only three certified APTOS trainers in the Czech Republic. Biodegradable threads with directional hooks are inserted under the skin via a 1.2 mm needle, then repositioned to mechanically lift sagging tissue. As the threads dissolve over months, their polylactic acid component stimulates collagen production, so the lifting effect outlasts the thread itself. Areas include face, jaw, brow, nose, neck, arms, inner thighs and buttocks.

The dual-action approach reduces active breakouts, minimises enlarged pores, and begins the process of acne scar remodelling without the ablative downtime of CO2 or fractional resurfacing. Botulinum Toxin Injections (Anti-Wrinkle)
Botulinum toxin injections administered by physician to temporarily relax facial muscles driving expression lines — forehead, frown lines between the brows, crow's feet, nasal root, neck platysma, jaw masseter (bruxism), drooping mouth corners and smoker's lines. The injection session takes around 10 minutes; fine needles make the procedure nearly painless. Results last three to six months and with repeat treatments wrinkles gradually diminish as muscles are trained to contract less forcefully. Non-surgical correction of protruding ears (otapostasis) using permanent polypropylene threads instead of traditional surgical cartilage resection. A small incision behind the ear allows the physician to model and fix the auricular cartilage with non-absorbable sutures, repositioning the ear permanently in around 30–45 minutes under local anaesthesia with nitrous oxide. An elastic headband is worn for one week; sutures are removed at 7–10 days. Suitable for children from age 6 through to adults. This minimally invasive alternative to classical surgical otoplasty is one of Artmedica's signature specialist procedures.
