The BAP technique uses only ten anatomically mapped injection points per face — five per side — placed at positions that correspond to safe anatomical zones allowing the Profhilo to flow to cover the mid-face, perioral area, cheeks and jaw from a minimal number of entry points. This approach reduces post-injection swelling, bruising and patient discomfort compared to the many-point technique used in standard mesotherapy.
