Frequently Asked Questions
Who can join?
Anyone with an account on longevity.haus. Applications are reviewed manually — we look for people with genuine audiences or industry connections.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated when a booking is completed (after the appointment). Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal in USD. Any PayPal fees are the affiliate's responsibility.
What counts as a completed booking?
Only bookings where the customer actually attends the appointment generate commissions. Cancelled or refunded bookings do not.
Can I earn on my own bookings?
No. Self-referral bookings are automatically excluded from commissions.
How long does the clinic referral window last?
12 months from the day the clinic goes live on the platform. After that, you no longer earn on their bookings.
How does the 30-day cookie work?
When someone clicks your link, a cookie is saved for 30 days. If they book within that window, you earn the commission. Last-click attribution — the most recent affiliate link wins.
