Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Longevity.haus Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring clinics to the platform and by driving bookings through shared treatment links. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a registered account on longevity.haus.
• The program is open to individuals only — clinic business accounts may not participate as affiliates to avoid circumventing platform fees.
• Applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You may not participate if you are an employee or owner of a clinic listed on the platform for the purpose of referring your own clinic.
• Employees of listed clinics may earn Clinic Referral commissions (for referring other clinics) but may not earn Treatment Sharing commissions on bookings at their own clinic.

3. Commission Structure

Clinic Referral Track: 30% of the platform commission on all bookings at the referred clinic, for 12 months from the date the clinic is verified and listed. The platform commission is typically 10-15% of the booking value.

Treatment Sharing Track: 15% of the platform commission on bookings made through your referral links. Attribution is based on a 30-day last-click cookie.

Stacking: Both commission tracks may apply to the same booking. The maximum combined affiliate commission is 45% of the platform fee per booking.

4. When Commissions Are Earned

Commissions are only earned on completed bookings — meaning the customer has attended the appointment and the booking has been marked as complete by the clinic. Cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings do not generate commissions. If a booking is refunded after commission is recorded, the commission will be reversed.

5. Payment

• Commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of the following month.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Balances below the threshold roll over.
• Payment is made via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard to receive payouts.
• Commissions are displayed in USD. Any PayPal fees or currency conversion costs are the affiliate's responsibility.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Making false or misleading claims about treatments, outcomes, or pricing.
• Bidding on "longevity.haus" or related branded terms in paid search advertising.
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic generation.
• Self-referral bookings (booking through your own affiliate link for your own appointments).
• Referring your own clinic or a clinic where you are an employee or owner.
• Clinic employees earning Treatment Sharing commissions on bookings at their own clinic.
• Registering as an affiliate using a clinic/business account to reduce platform fees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud or prohibited activity. Otherwise, earned commissions will be paid out in the next payment cycle.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, program terms, and these conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
