Ablative fractional CO2 laser resurfacing using the Pixel CO2 system — a holographic lens divides the laser beam into 49 or 81 microscopic rays that create ablation columns covering only 20% of the skin surface per pass, leaving 80% intact as a healing reservoir. Preparation required
