Microneedling at OK Medical uses a motorised device fitted with fine needles that create thousands of precisely controlled micro-channels in the skin. These micro-injuries are too small to cause visible wounds but large enough to trigger the skin's innate repair cascade — fibroblast activation, growth factor release, and new collagen and elastin formation. The channels also temporarily open a pathway for active serums (including exosomes, available as an add-on) to reach the dermis directly, bypassing the skin barrier that limits topical application. Conditions addressed include fine lines, skin texture irregularities, acne scars, stretch marks, and general skin rejuvenation. A minimum of three sessions spaced three to four weeks apart is recommended for meaningful and lasting results.

Jett Plasma Lift — Non-surgical Eyelid Tightening
OK Medical introduced the Jett Plasma Lift Medical device to České Budějovice in 2019 — the first clinic in the city to offer this technology — and upgraded to the second-generation Jett Plasma Lift Medical II in 2023. The device uses a 2 mm plasma-discharge tip that ionises the air between the tip and the skin surface, creating a plasma arc that precisely vaporises the outermost skin layer without cutting or bleeding. The university-educated optometrist determines the precise glasses prescription for distance and near vision, with a complimentary intraocular pressure check and corneal thickness measurement included. Contact lens fitting and training is also available, from first application (60-minute session with supervised insertion and removal training) to routine check and reapplication. All diopter measurements include a voucher for optical services.

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers
Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injections at OK Medical use two European premium brands — BELOTERO (Germany) and NAEUVIA (Switzerland) — selected by MUDr. Štěpánková based on each patient's anatomy and the target area. HA is a glycosaminoglycan naturally present throughout the body; when injected subcutaneously via fine needle or cannula after topical anaesthesia, it restores volume, fills creases, stimulates collagen, and binds water to plump and hydrate the skin. Results last approximately one year. Treated areas include the lips, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, glabella, depressed scars, and facial asymmetries. Skinbooster — Belotero Revive
OK Medical offers the Belotero Revive skinbooster — a unique injectable that combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid (20 mg/ml) with glycerol (17 mg/ml) in a single formulation. OK Medical offers Radiesse 1.5 ml sessions administered by MUDr. Štěpánková for facial wrinkle reduction, facial contouring, and rejuvenation of the neck, décolletage, back of hands, elbows, and knees. PRP Plasma Therapy
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy at OK Medical uses Swiss RegenLab centrifuge technology — a system validated to achieve 85% platelet yield and 99.7% elimination of red blood cells, producing a highly concentrated growth-factor serum from the patient's own blood. A small blood sample is drawn, centrifuged in the RegenLab tube, and the resulting PRP is injected into the treatment area. The clinic uses ZEISS and TOPCON premium diagnostic instruments throughout. A comprehensive eye examination (4,000 Kč) covers full history taking, detailed retinal imaging including fundus photography with pupil dilation, intraocular pressure measurement, corneal thickness assessment, and a written consultation with recommendations based on both Czech and international ophthalmology guidelines. The examination fee includes a 1,000 Kč voucher valid for three months. Czech health insurance is not accepted — all services are private.

Chemical peels at OK Medical use glycolic acid (15–70% concentration) and other acid formulations — including Easy Phytic, Droxy + Azaelic compound, and TCA — to create controlled exfoliation of the outermost skin layers. The practitioner selects concentration and contact time to achieve superficial, medium, or deep exfoliation depending on the indication and skin type. As the peeled layer sheds over subsequent days, the underlying skin emerges smoother, with improved clarity, reduced pigmentation, and diminished fine lines. Regular chemical peeling over a course of sessions can visibly reduce acne scarring and surface irregularities. A specialised intimate-area peel is also available at 3,400 Kč.
