The comprehensive examination (4,000 Kč) covers: full patient history and symptom documentation; refraction assessment and distance/near visual acuity; slit-lamp biomicroscopy of the anterior segment (cornea, anterior chamber, lens); fundus examination with pupil dilation (detailed retinal imaging including macula, optic disc, and peripheral retina); intraocular pressure measurement (glaucoma screening); corneal thickness (pachymetry, relevant for glaucoma risk and refractive surgery candidacy); and a written report with clinical findings and recommendations. Add-on investigations available at the same appointment: OCT (700 Kč) for high-resolution cross-sectional imaging of the macula and optic nerve — indicated for suspected macular degeneration, glaucoma progression monitoring, or detailed disc analysis; OCT Angiography (800 Kč) for non-invasive mapping of retinal and choroidal vasculature without fluorescein dye injection; Perimetry / visual field test (600 Kč) for glaucoma screening and monitoring, or neurological pathway assessment. For dry eye disease, the clinic offers lacrimal (punctal) plug insertion: a four-month dissolvable plug at 1,000 Kč per eye, or a permanent silicone plug at 2,500 Kč per eye.
