Thread Lifting (Dermica Polydioxanone Mesothreads)
Non-surgical facial lifting using Dermica bioabsorbable polydioxanone (PDO) mesothreads — the same material used in surgical sutures. Thin threads are inserted under the skin via fine needles in a grid pattern, providing immediate mechanical support while simultaneously stimulating the body's own collagen synthesis. The threads dissolve in six to eight months, leaving a newly formed collagen network that sustains the lifting effect for twelve to eighteen months total. Treatment areas include the brow, lower face, neck and chin, all with only topical anaesthetic and minimal downtime.
microneedling
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy)
Medical microneedling using an adjustable-depth needle applicator (0.25–2.5 mm) to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, stimulating the body's own collagen and elastin production. Laser Esthetic's dermatology team treats wrinkles, sagging skin, large pores, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne scars and stretch marks. Results are visible after the first session and accumulate over three to four treatments. A hyaluronic acid or whitening serum can be infused immediately post-needling for enhanced absorption.
botox-fillers
Botox — Facial Wrinkle Relaxation
Precision botulinum toxin injections by Laser Esthetic's dermatologists to smooth dynamic forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet by temporarily relaxing the underlying facial muscles. At 65 Kč per unit with clearly tiered area pricing, the clinic makes dosing transparent. Results develop gradually over ten days and last six to seven months, extending with repeated use. The same team also uses botulinum toxin to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).
botox-fillers
Under-Eye Filler — Dark Circles (Redensity II)
Specialist under-eye hollow correction and dark circle treatment using Redensity II Eyes by Teoxane Switzerland — a purpose-formulated hyaluronic acid gel (15 mg/g) enriched with amino acids, antioxidants and lidocaine. The cannula technique used by Laser Esthetic's dermatologists is entirely painless thanks to the built-in lidocaine anaesthetic. Results are immediate and last a minimum of twelve months — significantly longer than most HA fillers in this area.
botox-fillers
Lip Filler & Lip Enhancement
Hyaluronic acid lip filler injections to enhance lip volume, define the vermillion border, soften perioral lines and correct minor lip asymmetry. Laser Esthetic uses a range of HA products matched to the desired effect, with dental-block anaesthesia available for a comfortable session. Results are immediate, visible and adjustable in real time during the procedure. Duration is six to twelve months.
chemical-peels
Chemical Peeling (Renophase Paris)
Medical-grade chemical peeling using Renophase Paris formulations — including Glykopeel (glycolic acid 15–70%), Kératoregulateur (acne-focused), Depigmentation, Renewlift and BioredPeel — to resurface the skin at surface, medium or deep depth. Laser Esthetic's dermatologists select the peel strength and formulation based on skin type and concern. Standard peel courses run to four to six sessions. For deeper resurfacing, the clinic offers fractional erbium laser peeling as an upgrade.
laser
Laser Vein & Capillary Removal (V-beam Vascular Laser)
Treatment of spider veins, dilated capillaries, hemangiomas and rosacea redness using the Candela V-beam pulsed dye laser with dynamic skin cooling. Computer-guided delivery targets haemoglobin in the vessel while preserving surrounding tissue, making it one of the most precise vascular laser platforms available. Two to three sessions are usually enough. The sensation is minimal — most patients find it painless — and EMLA cream is available for sensitive areas.
facial-rejuvenation
Mesotherapy — Skin Hydrolifting
Microinjection of a concentrated cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and coenzymes directly into the mesoderm (mid-layer of the skin) at approximately 4 mm depth, bypassing the epidermal barrier that prevents topical products from reaching target cells. Laser Esthetic uses Renophase Paris formulations for their mesotherapy protocols. Results — improved hydration, reduced fine lines and a visible glow — appear from the second day; normal activities resume the day after treatment.
botox-fillers
Dermal Fillers — Wrinkle Correction & Facial Volume
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to restore facial volume, soften deep wrinkles and contour the face. Laser Esthetic's dermatologists work with RESTYLANE, PERLANE, TEOSYAL and JUVÉDERM — internationally validated HA filler ranges — to address brow-to-nose furrows, forehead lines, lip lines, sunken cheeks, chin projection and facial contouring. EMLA or local injection anaesthesia is provided. Effects last six to twelve months depending on the product and area treated.
skin-tightening
Radiofrequency Skin Tightening (Exilis)
Non-invasive radiofrequency skin tightening and body contouring using the Exilis dual radiofrequency system. The device delivers controlled RF energy to heat the dermis and deep fat layer, stimulating new collagen and elastin for the skin and inducing apoptosis in fat cells for body contouring. Laser Esthetic uses Exilis for facial rejuvenation, jowl tightening, non-surgical liposuction and cellulite reduction. No anaesthetic, no downtime. A course of four to six sessions is recommended.
facial-rejuvenation
PRP Plasmalifting (Cellular Matrix RegenLab)
Autologous PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment using the Cellular Matrix RegenLab system — a Swiss protocol that combines the patient's own plasma with hyaluronic acid before injection. Ten millilitres of blood is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate growth factors, mixed with an activator and injected via fine needles over a 10–15 minute session. Results become visible after two to three weeks and are sustained for eight to twelve months. A course of two to three sessions, 14–20 days apart, is recommended for optimal outcome.
botox-fillers
Hyperhidrosis Treatment (Botox for Excessive Sweating)
Botulinum toxin injections to the palms, armpits, feet or forehead to block the nerve signals that trigger excessive sweating — clinically known as focal hyperhidrosis. Laser Esthetic's dermatologists inject approximately one unit per square centimetre of affected skin, providing relief lasting several months. Treatment can be performed at the first consultation appointment. No major activity restrictions apply after treatment.
laser
Laser Tattoo Removal (Q-Plus Nd:YAG)
Professional tattoo removal using the Q-Plus system, combining Q-switched Nd:YAG (1064 nm) and double-frequency KTP Nd:YAG (532 nm) lasers to shatter ink particles of all colours. Laser Esthetic has performed over 25,000 tattoo removals since its founding — among the highest volumes of any clinic in the Czech Republic. Sessions are priced by pulse count, rewarding larger or multi-session bookings, and a course of six to seven sessions is typically needed. The same system also treats permanent makeup and pigmentation.
hair-removal
Laser Hair Removal (Candela GentleLASE PRO)
Permanent hair reduction using the Candela GentleLASE PRO alexandrite laser, an FDA-cleared USA-manufactured device used across Laser Esthetic's dermatology department. The system's selective photothermolysis targets melanin pigment in the hair shaft and destroys the follicle while the built-in Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD) protects the skin surface with a burst of cryogen milliseconds before each pulse. At least six sessions are recommended, spaced six to seven weeks apart to catch follicles in the active growth phase. Suitable for fair to medium skin tones with darker hair.
pigmentation
Laser Pigmentation Removal (Nd:YAG / Alexandrite)
Medical laser treatment for sunspots, age spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, freckles and melasma, using the Q-Plus Nd:YAG system or Candela Alexandrite laser. A dermoscopic examination confirms the lesion is benign before treatment begins, and a patch test is performed on a small area first. Results become visible from five to six weeks after each session, with two to four sessions typically sufficient for most pigmentation types.
