PRP Plasmalifting (Cellular Matrix RegenLab)

Autologous PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment using the Cellular Matrix RegenLab system — a Swiss protocol that combines the patient's own plasma with hyaluronic acid before injection. Ten millilitres of blood is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate growth factors, mixed with an activator and injected via fine needles over a 10–15 minute session. Results become visible after two to three weeks and are sustained for eight to twelve months. A course of two to three sessions, 14–20 days apart, is recommended for optimal outcome.

Plasmalifting at Laser Esthetic uses the Cellular Matrix system by RegenLab (Switzerland), a validated platform that takes the PRP protocol further by combining the patient's concentrated platelet-rich plasma with hyaluronic acid into a single injectable product. The dual-active formulation triggers growth factor release — PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF — while simultaneously providing the hydrating and structural support of HA, addressing skin quality from two mechanisms simultaneously. The process begins with a 10 ml blood draw from the arm, processed in a dedicated RegenLab centrifuge that separates the plasma fraction enriched with platelets and growth factors. The plasma is mixed with a proprietary activator and combined with hyaluronic acid in the Cellular Matrix tube, then injected via fine microneedles into the dermis and subdermis of the face, neck, décolletage or hands. The session itself takes ten to fifteen minutes. Growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen and elastin synthesis, and tissue remodelling over the weeks following injection. The skin gains improved tone, texture, hydration and a subtle volumising effect. Results become visible after two to three weeks, peak at six to eight weeks and are sustained for eight to twelve months. A course of two to three sessions spaced 14–20 days apart is recommended for a full regenerative cascade. Maintenance sessions every six to twelve months prolong the effect. Side effects are minimal — some redness and micro-swelling at injection sites for a few hours; normal activities can resume the next day with SPF sun protection. The autologous origin of PRP means there is no risk of allergic reaction. The procedure is contraindicated in acute infections, active inflammatory acne and chronic liver disease.
