Treatment of spider veins, dilated capillaries, hemangiomas and rosacea redness using the Candela V-beam pulsed dye laser with dynamic skin cooling. Computer-guided delivery targets haemoglobin in the vessel while preserving surrounding tissue, making it one of the most precise vascular laser platforms available.
