Mesotherapy is a technique in which active compounds are injected via very fine needles into the mesoderm, the layer of tissue approximately 4 mm below the skin surface. At this depth, high concentrations of hyaluronic acid, vitamins (A, B, C, E), amino acids and coenzymes interact directly with fibroblasts and keratinocytes — the cells that produce collagen, elastin and the skin's hydration matrix — bypassing the epidermal barrier that limits the effectiveness of topical serums and creams. At Laser Esthetic the mesotherapy formulations are drawn from the Renophase Paris range, a professional cosmeceutical line developed for in-clinic injection protocols. The injections are made with a fine-gauge needle approximately 4 mm into the skin using a rapid micropuncture technique; no anaesthetic is required for most patients, though numbing cream is available. The session takes 30–45 minutes for the face, with visible redness and micro-swelling at injection points that settles within one to two days. Results begin to appear from the second day post-treatment: skin feels more hydrated, fine lines are softened and surface radiance improves noticeably. Full results are visible after two to three sessions. The recommended protocol is two sessions one month apart, a third session three months later, then annual maintenance.
