Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers
Formositas works with several certified hyaluronic acid filler brands — Stylage, Neauvia, Restylane and Aliaxin — at a flat, transparent 9,800 Kč per millilitre. Fillers restore lost volume in cheeks and lips, smooth nasolabial folds and refine facial contours, applied via needle or blunt cannula with topical anaesthesia. Results are immediate and typically last around a year; a same-filler touch-up is 1,500 Kč.

Botulinum Toxin Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Formositas applies botulinum toxin with per-unit transparent pricing (150 Kč per unit) rather than flat area fees, so clients pay for the actual dose used. Treatments cover frown lines, forehead, crow's feet, lip flip, drooping mouth corners and masseter reduction, plus hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). PDLLA Biostimulants — Lenisna & Juvelook
Formositas offers two Korean PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) collagen biostimulants: Juvelook for the delicate under-eye area and Lenisna200 for the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Unlike classic fillers, biostimulants restore volume primarily by triggering the skin's own collagen production around biodegradable microspheres — deep wrinkles soften, skin firms and lost volume returns gradually and naturally over about two months.

The Dermablate Cool Laser is a German Er:YAG ablative laser with minimal thermal side-effect, used at Formositas for everything from a gentle lunchtime laser peel (Cool Glow, 8,000 Kč) to non-surgical laser blepharoplasty of the eyelids (Cool Bleph, 15,000 Kč) and complete facial resurfacing (Cool Laser Pro, 18,000 Kč). EndoliftX Laser Face Lifting
EndoliftX at Formositas is a minimally invasive laser lifting procedure performed at one of Europe's most experienced centres — the clinic is an international EndoliftX training centre and its lead physician MUDr. Ivana Grossová is an official global trainer of the method, with over 1,300 procedures performed. A hair-thin optical microfibre is introduced under the skin and a 1470 nm laser simultaneously tightens skin and subcutaneous tissue and reduces small pockets of unwanted fat, with results that develop over 4–6 months and are reported to last 2–3 years or more.

Profhilo & Profhilo Structura
Profhilo is the best-known injectable bio-remodelling treatment: ultra-high-concentration hyaluronic acid placed at a few strategic points spreads through the tissue to deeply hydrate, smooth surface wrinkles and tighten lax skin. Formositas also offers Profhilo Structura, the deeper variant that naturally restores volume lost through age-related fat tissue atrophy. The standard Profhilo protocol is two sessions a month apart; Structura takes one to two.

Emsella Pelvic Floor Strengthening
The BTL Emsella chair uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to trigger thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor contractions per 30-minute session — the equivalent of an extremely intensive Kegel workout, performed fully clothed while seated.
