EndoliftX Laser Face Lifting

EndoliftX at Formositas is a minimally invasive laser lifting procedure performed at one of Europe's most experienced centres — the clinic is an international EndoliftX training centre and its lead physician MUDr. Ivana Grossová is an official global trainer of the method, with over 1,300 procedures performed. A hair-thin optical microfibre is introduced under the skin and a 1470 nm laser simultaneously tightens skin and subcutaneous tissue and reduces small pockets of unwanted fat, with results that develop over 4–6 months and are reported to last 2–3 years or more.

EndoliftX uses the LASEmaR 1500 laser (1470 nm wavelength) delivered through single-use optical microfibres thinner than a human hair, inserted directly into the subdermal layer under local anaesthesia. The wavelength is strongly absorbed by both water and fat, which allows it to do two things in one pass: contract collagen and stimulate intensive new collagen production for skin and subcutaneous tightening, and gently dissolve small unwanted fat deposits — typically under the chin, along the jawline and in the lower face. Formositas treats the chin (including the jawline angle), chin and full neck, cheeks and chin, or the full face including the eye area and upper lip. The intensified EndoliftX 2.0 protocol uses a denser fibre pattern for stronger tightening at a higher price point. The procedure takes roughly 1.5–2.5 hours including anaesthesia, requires no general anaesthetic, scalpel or stitches, and most clients return to normal activities within days, with some swelling and tenderness in the first week. Results are partly visible immediately and continue to build for 4–6 months as new collagen forms; the clinic reports durability of 2–3 years, and up to around 5 years in younger clients.
