The Dermablate Cool Laser is a German Er:YAG ablative laser with minimal thermal side-effect, used at Formositas for everything from a gentle lunchtime laser peel (Cool Glow, 8,000 Kč) to non-surgical laser blepharoplasty of the eyelids (Cool Bleph, 15,000 Kč) and complete facial resurfacing (Cool Laser Pro, 18,000 Kč). Mole and fibroma removal with prior dermatoscope examination is also performed on the same platform.
About this treatment
Er:YAG laser energy is absorbed by water so precisely that it vaporises tissue micro-layers with very little heat spread — allowing controlled resurfacing with shorter healing than classic CO2 lasers. The same laser handles targeted work: scar reduction from 1,500 Kč by lesion size, rejuvenation of the backs of the hands (8,000 Kč), abdominal skin laxity and stretch marks from 4,000 Kč, and removal of moles and fibromas (first lesion 1,000 Kč, each further 500 Kč) following a dermatoscopic examination (1,500 Kč).
Recovery runs two to seven days depending on intensity, with mild peeling during healing and strict SPF afterwards. Hydrate well for two days before and pause retinol and exfoliating acids two to three days ahead. Resurfacing is not performed over active skin infections, during pregnancy, or on recently tanned skin — deeper protocols are scheduled for the low-UV months.
