About this treatment
Body areas with mild to moderate skin laxity — upper arms, the abdomen after weight change or pregnancy, inner thighs and knees — respond poorly to creams and only partially to non-invasive radiofrequency. EndoliftX addresses them from inside the tissue: an optical microfibre is threaded into the subdermal layer and delivers 1470 nm laser energy that is absorbed by water and fat, contracting existing collagen, triggering months of new collagen production…
Formositas is an international EndoliftX training centre with more than 1,300 procedures performed, and offers both the standard protocol and the intensified EndoliftX 2.0 with denser fibre coverage. Sessions run roughly 1.5–2.5 hours under local anaesthesia with no stitches; pricing is per zone and starts from 30,000 Kč for small zones, with the final quote set after a free consultation that assesses skin quality and the size of the treated area.
Swelling and tenderness in the treated zone are normal for the first one to two weeks. Tightening builds progressively over 4–6 months, with results reported to last around 2–3 years. Avoid caffeine for 48 hours and aspirin-type medication for 72 hours beforehand; the treatment is unsuitable during pregnancy, for clients on blood thinners or with serious acute illness.
