About this treatment
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy uses the growth factors in your own blood to switch on tissue repair: a small blood draw is centrifuged in a certified RegenLab closed-system tube, separating a platelet concentrate that is re-injected into the face by needle or cannula. A session takes 45–70 minutes including the blood draw. Downtime is minimal — redness and possible pinpoint marks for a few hours. Prepare by hydrating well for three days, limiting fatty foods, and avoiding coffee and aspirin on the day. PRP is not performed in clients with oncological or autoimmune diseases, acute infections or during pregnancy.
