PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy uses the growth factors in your own blood to switch on tissue repair: a small blood draw is centrifuged in a certified RegenLab closed-system tube, separating a platelet concentrate that is re-injected into the face by needle or cannula. Released growth factors stimulate fibroblasts, neocollagenesis and microcirculation — improving fine lines, skin texture, dark circles, acne scarring and post-laser recovery. Because the material is autologous, allergic reactions are essentially excluded. Formositas offers three protocol levels: RegenPlazma (6,500 Kč), the classic A-PRP; RegenMatrix (8,900 Kč), whose tube integrates hyaluronic acid with the plasma for combined regeneration and hydration; and MCT plasma (8,900 Kč), in which the plasma is additionally processed with electromagnetic and thermal energy to enhance it and extract exosomes — signalling vesicles used for facial and body rejuvenation, acne scarring, rosacea-prone skin, pigmentation and hair-loss support.
