Profhilo is the best-known injectable bio-remodelling treatment: ultra-high-concentration hyaluronic acid placed at a few strategic points spreads through the tissue to deeply hydrate, smooth surface wrinkles and tighten lax skin. Formositas also offers Profhilo Structura, the deeper variant that naturally restores volume lost through age-related fat tissue atrophy. The standard Profhilo protocol is two sessions a month apart; Structura takes one to two.

Profhilo uses NAHYCO hybrid technology — thermally bonded high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid at one of the highest concentrations on the market — injected at five standardised points per side of the face. From these points the product spreads evenly through the dermis, acting as both an intensive hydrator and a bio-remodeller that stimulates collagen and elastin production over the following weeks. The result is firmer, bouncier, better-hydrated skin and softened surface wrinkles without added volume or altered features. Profhilo Structura works one layer deeper: it is designed for the superficial fat compartments that atrophy with age, restoring natural structural support in the cheeks and lower face where deflation — not just skin laxity — drives the aged appearance. Formositas applies Structura over one to two sessions at 12,900 Kč per 2 ml. A session takes 30–45 minutes with minimal downtime — small blebs at injection points settle within a day. The classic Profhilo protocol is two sessions one month apart, refreshed every six months or so. Hydrate well for two days before and avoid coffee and aspirin on the day. Not performed during pregnancy or serious acute illness.
