A session takes roughly 45–90 minutes. Downtime is essentially zero — small injection papules resolve within hours to a day. Courses of two to four sessions spaced several weeks apart give the strongest results, maintained once or twice a year. Hydrate well for two days before and avoid coffee and aspirin on the day; avoid saunas for a week afterwards. Not performed during pregnancy or over active skin infections.
