Secret DUO at Formositas is a two-in-one platform combining fractional microneedle radiofrequency (insulated needles to 3.5 mm depth) with a 1540 nm Er:glass non-ablative laser — treating skin laxity, wrinkles, acne scars, pores and stretch marks from two directions in a single session. Microneedle radiofrequency delivers heat exactly where collagen remodelling happens: an array of fine needles penetrates to a programmed depth (up to 3.5 mm) and releases RF energy at the needle tips, contracting existing collagen and triggering months of neocollagenesis in the dermis without ablating the surface. The Secret DUO adds a second, complementary modality — a 1540 nm Er:glass fractional non-ablative laser that creates microthermal columns to refine surface texture, pores and pigmentation. Combining both in one session treats skin quality across its full depth. Formositas prices the modalities flexibly: microneedle RF alone for face + neck + décolletage at 11,000 Kč (zones can be swapped for body areas such as stretch marks), larger body zones at 12,000 Kč, and the full combined RF + laser session at 15,000 Kč for either face or body. Small laser-only zones start at 1,500 Kč. Every session includes around 40 minutes of topical anaesthesia beforehand and a soothing healing mask afterwards — total visit time around two to two and a half hours. Downtime is modest: redness and a fine grid pattern for one to three days. Results appear within days, peak around four months as collagen matures, and last 12–18 months. Use SPF rigorously and avoid saunas for two weeks. Not performed during pregnancy or serious acute illness.
