PDLLA Biostimulants — Lenisna & Juvelook

Formositas offers two Korean PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) collagen biostimulants: Juvelook for the delicate under-eye area and Lenisna200 for the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Unlike classic fillers, biostimulants restore volume primarily by triggering the skin's own collagen production around biodegradable microspheres — deep wrinkles soften, skin firms and lost volume returns gradually and naturally over about two months.

PDLLA biostimulants combine a small immediate volumising effect from their hyaluronic acid carrier with months of progressive collagen neogenesis: the poly-D,L-lactic acid microspheres act as a scaffold that fibroblasts colonise and surround with new collagen before the particles fully biodegrade. The outcome reads as natural regeneration rather than augmentation — firmer, thicker, better-supported skin. Juvelook (4,700 Kč) uses fine, low-concentration particles safe for the thin under-eye skin, addressing dark-circle hollows, crepiness and fine lines where HA fillers often cause puffiness. Lenisna200 (13,000 Kč) is the third-generation, higher-load product for deeper wrinkles, skin laxity and volume restoration across the face, neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands. Application takes 30–45 minutes via atraumatic cannula with lidocaine for comfort. Mild swelling for 48–72 hours is normal; avoid saunas and massage of the area for two weeks (sport is fine). Initial results are visible immediately, improve over roughly two months as collagen builds, and last about a year. Note: Lenisna cannot be applied within a year of a Radiesse treatment in the same area, and biostimulants are not used during pregnancy or acute illness.
