About

Derma Blansko (DERMA PDH s.r.o.) is a specialist dermatology, venereology and corrective-dermatology practice on Seifertova street in Blansko, South Moravia, serving both children and adults. It is led by MUDr. Pavlína Slouková, a dermatovenerologist who trained at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno and gained board certification in dermatovenerology in 2017, with additional accreditation in chemical and retinol peeling and in hyaluronic-acid and botulinum-toxin work. Alongside insurance-covered medical dermatology, the clinic runs a self-pay aesthetic and corrective menu: digital dermatoscopy for mole and skin-cancer screening, electrocoagulation and liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy for benign skin growths and warts, biostimulation laser therapy on an Astar PhysioGo 400C, cryotherapy and laser support for hair loss, V-Tech-system medical microneedling with exosomes and polynucleotides, and retinol and glycolic chemical peels. STI screening (including HIV and syphilis) is available without a GP referral. The practice holds contracts with the major Czech health insurance funds (VZP, ČPZP, VOZP and others); aesthetic and self-pay procedures are not covered by insurance and are payable in cash only.

mole-removal

Skin Growth & Wart Removal (Electrocoagulation)

Removal of benign skin growths and warts using electrocoagulation, in which a fine high-frequency current heats and destroys the unwanted tissue while sealing the small vessels in its stalk for a bloodless result. It is used for skin tags in friction areas such as the neck, armpits, under the breasts and the groin, as well as viral warts, seborrhoeic (age) warts and minor vascular marks like spider veins and dilated capillaries. At Derma Blansko the lesion is first assessed by a dermatovenerologist, and local anaesthetic — numbing cream or an injection — is available as an add-on for comfort.

Mole & Skin Cancer Screening (Digital Dermatoscopy)

A preventive skin-cancer and mole check using both manual dermatoscopy (an epiluminescence magnifier at around 10x) and digital dermatoscopy, where moles are photographed, analysed on screen and archived so changes can be compared objectively between visits. The method helps detect melanoma and other skin cancers, such as basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma, at an early stage. At Derma Blansko the exam is performed by a board-certified dermatovenerologist, is painless and non-invasive, and is suitable for everyone, including children and pregnant women.

dermatology-consultation

General Dermatology Consultation

A consultation with a board-certified dermatovenerologist covering the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, nails, hair and genitals in both children and adults. At Derma Blansko it serves as the entry point to the clinic — assessing a skin complaint, agreeing a treatment plan, and directing patients to the right procedure such as dermatoscopy, lesion removal or a peel. The examination is covered by Czech public health insurance for insured patients; uninsured and self-pay patients pay a fixed cash rate.

Kč 1,000

scalp-treatment

Hair Loss Treatment (Cryotherapy)

A scalp treatment for hair thinning and shedding in women and men that uses liquid-nitrogen cryostimulation to stimulate the scalp, typically as a course of five to ten sessions spaced about three weeks apart. At Derma Blansko it is combined with local and systemic supportive therapy prescribed by the dermatovenerologist, and the biostimulation laser can be added as an adjunct. Sessions are short, and a five-session package is offered at a reduced per-session rate.

Kč 250

microneedling

Medical Microneedling — V-Tech System (Exosomes & Polynucleotides)

Medical microneedling with a DermaPen that creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to trigger natural repair and stimulate collagen and elastin, paired with the V-Tech serum containing polynucleotides (PDRN), synthetic exosomes, plant stem cells and biomimetic peptides driven deep by the micro-channels. At Derma Blansko the session includes numbing cream, around 30 minutes of needling with serum applied throughout, and a soothing gold gel mask. It is priced by area — face, décolletage, scalp or forehead — as a single session or a discounted three-session course, and suits all skin types including sensitive skin.

laser-therapy

Biostimulation Laser Therapy

Low-level biostimulation laser therapy delivered on an Astar PhysioGo 400C with dual red and infrared probes. The combined wavelengths reach the skin at different depths and are associated with biostimulatory, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, supporting tissue regeneration and wound healing. At Derma Blansko it is used to support recovery in conditions such as acne and inflamed skin, burns, localised eczema, scars and slow-healing wounds, and as an adjunct in hair loss. The treatment is painless and is sold as a course of ten sessions.

Kč 1,500

chemical-peels

Chemical Peel — Glycolic & Fruit Acids

A superficial chemical peel using glycolic acid — at a concentration chosen between 20% and 70% for the skin and goal — combined with fruit acids such as citric and mandelic acid. It exfoliates the surface to reduce sebum and shrink the look of pores, brighten tired skin, smooth fine lines and partially soften acne scars while improving hydration and elasticity. At Derma Blansko it is delivered as a series of peels, typically three sessions about three to five weeks apart, with the acid strength tailored by the dermatovenerologist.

Kč 1,200

cryotherapy

Cryotherapy / Cryocautery (Liquid Nitrogen)

Cryodestruction uses liquid nitrogen to destroy unwanted skin tissue with extreme cold. The clinic applies it to viral and seborrhoeic warts, actinic keratoses, some superficial skin cancers (basaliomas) and hypertrophic or keloid scars, and also offers a cryostimulation protocol for hair loss. At Derma Blansko the freeze is applied by a dermatovenerologist after assessing the lesion; treated warts then die back and shed naturally, typically over about two weeks to a month.

STI Screening & Venereology (HIV, Syphilis & More)

Confidential screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, run by the clinic's dermatovenerologists as part of their venereology specialty. Testing covers HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, mycoplasma and ureaplasma, and gonorrhoea, and no GP referral is needed to attend. At Derma Blansko an HIV test is 600 Kč and a combined HIV-and-syphilis screen is 1,000 Kč, with other infections assessed and priced at the consultation; self-pay testing is cash only.

Kč 600

chemical-peels

Retinol Rejuvenating Peel

A superficial rejuvenating peel built around retinol, a vitamin-A derivative with antioxidant action that stimulates skin renewal, combined with bisabolol to soothe the skin and speed regeneration. At Derma Blansko it is used to soften fine lines and wrinkles, improve acne and uneven texture, and fade age and pigment spots for a more even tone. It is delivered as a series — usually three to four sessions about six weeks apart — and suits all skin types, including problematic skin.
