Biostimulation laser, also known as low-level laser therapy, uses light at carefully chosen wavelengths to stimulate cellular activity rather than to cut or ablate tissue. Derma Blansko delivers it on an Astar PhysioGo 400C equipped with dual laser probes that combine red and infrared light: the red wavelength acts more superficially while the infrared penetrates more deeply, so the pairing allows the practitioner to treat tissue at different depths in a single session. The light energy is associated with biostimulatory effects on the cells, alongside analgesic (pain-easing) and anti-inflammatory actions, which together may support faster tissue regeneration and wound healing.
