At Derma Blansko an HIV test is 600 Kč and a combined HIV-and-syphilis screen is 1,000 Kč, with other infections assessed and priced at the consultation; self-pay testing is cash only.

Screening can cover HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, mycoplasma and ureaplasma, and gonorrhoea (kapavka), and the clinic offers it both to people with symptoms and to those who simply want a preventive check, for example after a new partner or a possible exposure. At the appointment the doctor discusses your history and any symptoms, advises which tests are appropriate, and arranges the relevant samples; the published self-pay rates are 600 Kč for an HIV test and 1,000 Kč for a combined HIV-and-syphilis screen, with screening for chlamydia, mycoplasma/ureaplasma and gonorrhoea assessed and priced individually at the consultation. Because the service is led by specialist physicians, results are interpreted in a medical context and any infection that is identified can be treated and followed up directly, including advice on partner notification where relevant. Discretion and confidentiality are central to the service. Self-pay testing is payable in cash; some testing may alternatively fall under public health insurance where clinically indicated, which the doctor can clarify at the visit.
