Dental Implant (Single Tooth)
A titanium dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth, providing a stable foundation for a crown that looks and functions like a natural tooth. At Exacto Clinic placement is planned digitally from a cone-beam CT scan, with a surgical guide used where precision demands it. Standard and premium implant systems are offered, alongside immediate placement at the time of extraction in suitable cases. The implant fee covers the surgical placement; the final crown is quoted separately.

All-on-4 Full-Arch Restoration
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported on four implants, part of Exacto Clinic's "smile in one day" approach. It offers a permanent, non-removable alternative to a full denture for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in a jaw. Treatment is planned from 3D imaging by the clinic's implant and surgery team, with All-on-6 available where extra support is preferred.
crowns-bridges
Full-Ceramic Crown (Zirconia / e.max)
A full-ceramic crown is a tooth-coloured cap that restores a heavily filled, cracked or root-treated tooth to its natural shape and strength. Exacto Clinic uses metal-free zirconia and e.max ceramics for a natural appearance without a dark margin at the gum line. Crowns are made with the in-house laboratory and matched to the surrounding teeth, with porcelain inlays and onlays offered for larger cavities that do not need a full crown.
extraction
Tooth Extraction
Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth that is too damaged, decayed or impacted to save, carried out by Exacto Clinic's oral-surgery team. The clinic handles routine extractions as well as surgical removal of wisdom teeth and impacted teeth. Pricing depends on complexity, and supportive measures such as a PRF preparation from the patient's own blood or socket preservation with bone-substitute material can be added to help the site heal, particularly when an implant is planned later.
dental-cleaning
Professional Dental Hygiene
Professional hygiene removes plaque, tartar and surface stains that everyday brushing cannot reach, helping to keep the gums healthy and the teeth clean. At Exacto Clinic a session combines ultrasonic scaling, air-polishing and fluoride protection, with personalised advice on home care. Regular hygiene visits are associated with better gum health and are a recommended foundation before cosmetic or restorative work such as whitening, veneers or implants.
teeth-whitening
Teeth Whitening
Teeth whitening lightens the natural shade of the teeth using professional-grade gels under dental supervision. Exacto Clinic offers in-chair whitening with a Philips ZOOM lamp for a faster result, custom take-home tray whitening for a gradual change, and a regenerative PREVDENT option. A hygiene visit is advised first so the gel acts on clean enamel, and the dentist checks suitability to help keep the gums and teeth comfortable.
ct-scan
Cone-Beam CT Scan (CBCT)
Cone-beam CT (CBCT) is a low-dose 3D dental X-ray that shows the teeth, jawbone and surrounding structures in detail, used at Exacto Clinic to plan implants, assess impacted teeth and diagnose complex endodontic cases. Scans can cover a few teeth, a single arch or both jaws, and a 2D digital panoramic image is also available. The 3D data underpins precise, guided treatment planning and is captured on-site for convenience.
invisalign
Clear Aligner Treatment (ExaClear)
Clear aligners are a series of removable, near-invisible trays that gradually move the teeth into better alignment, a discreet alternative to fixed braces. Exacto Clinic offers treatment with its ExaClear aligner system, planned by the practice's orthodontist after diagnostic records and a tailored plan. Because the cost depends on case complexity, aligner treatment is quoted individually following the diagnostic stage; fixed metal and ceramic braces are also available.
consultation
Composite Filling (Light-Cured)
A composite filling repairs a tooth affected by decay, wear or a small fracture using a tooth-coloured resin that bonds to the tooth and is hardened with a curing light. At Exacto Clinic high-aesthetic composite is shaped and polished to blend with the natural tooth, restoring both function and appearance. New patients are seen first for a general or comprehensive consultation, where the dentist assesses which conservative or restorative treatment is appropriate.
crowns-bridges
Implant Crown (Screw-Retained)
The crown is the visible part of an implant-supported tooth, made to match the shape and shade of the natural teeth around it. At Exacto Clinic implant crowns are screw-retained, which keeps them retrievable for maintenance, and are produced with the support of an on-site dental laboratory. This stage follows successful integration of the implant and completes the restoration so the tooth can be used normally for eating and speaking.
veneers
Porcelain Veneer (Non-Invasive)
Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic shells bonded to the front of the teeth to improve their shape, colour and alignment. Exacto Clinic offers non-invasive feldspathic veneers that conserve natural tooth structure, as well as full-ceramic e.max veneers, for patients wanting to refine a smile. Each veneer is custom-made with the clinic's laboratory to suit the patient's facial features, with composite bonding available as a more affordable option.
root-canal
Root Canal Treatment (Microscope Endodontics)
Root canal (endodontic) treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and seals the canals, and allows a natural tooth to be kept rather than extracted. Exacto Clinic carries out endodontics under a dental microscope for improved visibility of the fine canal anatomy. Pricing reflects the number of canals — from single-canal front teeth to multi-canal molars — and a reinforced core build-up can be added to prepare the tooth for a crown.
