A titanium dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth, providing a stable foundation for a crown that looks and functions like a natural tooth. At Exacto Clinic placement is planned digitally from a cone-beam CT scan, with a surgical guide used where precision demands it. Standard and premium implant systems are offered, alongside immediate placement at the time of extraction in suitable cases. The implant fee covers the surgical placement; the final crown is quoted separately.
