All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported on four implants, part of Exacto Clinic's "smile in one day" approach. It offers a permanent, non-removable alternative to a full denture for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in a jaw. Treatment is planned from 3D imaging by the clinic's implant and surgery team, with All-on-6 available where extra support is preferred.
About this treatment
The All-on-4 technique restores an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using a fixed bridge anchored to just four dental implants, two placed vertically at the front and two angled at the back to make the most of available bone. It is designed for people who have lost all of their teeth in a jaw, or whose remaining teeth are failing, and who want a fixed solution rather than a removable full denture. On the treatment day, any remaining teeth in the arch are removed as needed, the implants are placed, and a fixed provisional bridge can often be attached so the patient leaves with teeth in place. After a healing period the definitive screw-retained bridge is fabricated and fitted.
