Comprehensive Preventive Examination
The clinic's flagship cancer-prevention package — a comprehensive internal and oncological screening completed in a single day at the Lesná clinic. It pairs a detailed risk-focused consultation and clinical examination by the oncologist with a broad blood and urine work-up, stool occult-blood testing, age- and sex-appropriate tumour markers, and imaging (chest X-ray plus abdominal, pelvic and as-needed breast, testicular, thyroid or lymph-node ultrasound). Skin lesions are reviewed with a DermLite dermatoscope. It is designed for subjectively healthy people with no complaints and for blood relatives of cancer patients who carry an elevated risk, and concludes with a written report covering findings, risk assessment and follow-up advice.

Targeted Breast Examination (with Ultrasound)
A focused breast-health check for women, combining a clinical breast examination by the oncologist with a breast ultrasound and an individual risk assessment. It is a partial preventive examination for those who want their breasts checked specifically rather than as part of a full screening — for reassurance, because of a family history, or to follow up a self-noticed change. Ultrasound is radiation-free and well suited to assessing breast tissue alongside the hands-on clinical exam. The scan is carried out by the clinic's imaging partner MEDIGRAFO s.r.o., and findings are explained on the day.

Prostate Marker Test (PSA, Free PSA & Ratio)
A blood test measuring total prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and free PSA, with calculation of the free-to-total ratio. PSA is a protein made by the prostate; raised total PSA can be associated with prostate conditions including cancer, but is not specific on its own. Adding free PSA and the ratio helps interpret a borderline total PSA — a lower proportion of free PSA is associated with higher prostate-cancer risk, which can help decide whether further investigation is needed. At Onkologie Bona Dea the test is used within the oncologist's individualised risk assessment, typically for men aged 45 and over.

Oncological Preventive Examination
A cancer-focused preventive screening built around the same audience as the comprehensive package — healthy people and relatives of cancer patients — but concentrated on oncology rather than a full internal-medicine work-up. It combines an oncologist's clinical examination and risk-focused history with skin assessment by dermatoscopy, breast, testicular or rectal examination as appropriate, a blood count with sedimentation rate, a stool occult-blood test, age- and sex-appropriate tumour markers, a chest X-ray and abdominal or pelvic ultrasound. The examination is completed in a single day and concludes with a written report. Its components are individually priced, so the screening can be tailored, anchored on the 1 500 Kč oncologist examination.

Skin Examination by Oncologist with Dermatoscopy
A full skin survey by the oncologist, with dermatoscopic assessment of any suspicious or higher-risk lesions. Dermatoscopy uses a handheld, illuminated magnifying device — the clinic uses a DermLite DL III — to look beneath the surface of moles and skin lesions, revealing patterns invisible to the naked eye that help distinguish benign moles from changes that warrant attention. It is non-invasive and painless, and aims at early detection of malignant melanoma and dysplastic (atypical) moles. Images can be captured for archiving and later comparison, supporting follow-up of changing lesions over time.

Prostate Health Index (PHI)
The Prostate Health Index (PHI) is a more refined blood-marker panel for prostate-cancer risk. It combines three measurements — total PSA, free PSA and the [-2]proPSA isoform — into a single calculated PHI score. Because [-2]proPSA is more closely associated with prostate cancer than total PSA alone, PHI improves the ability to distinguish cancer from benign prostate conditions in the diagnostic grey zone, which can reduce uncertainty and help avoid unnecessary further procedures. At Onkologie Bona Dea it is offered as a step up from the standard PSA test and interpreted within the oncologist's individual risk assessment.

A focused men's-health check combining a clinical examination of the prostate and testes by the oncologist with ultrasound imaging. It is a partial preventive examination for men who want these areas checked specifically rather than as part of a full screening — for reassurance, because of a family history of prostate or testicular cancer, or to assess a noticed change. The testicular and inguinal-node ultrasound is radiation-free and carried out by the clinic's imaging partner MEDIGRAFO s.r.o. PSA-based blood markers can be added; findings are explained on the day.

Dermatoscopy of a Pigmented Lesion
A focused dermatoscopic assessment of a single pigmented skin lesion — typically one mole a patient is concerned about. Using a DermLite DL III handheld dermatoscope, the oncologist examines the lesion under magnified, controlled illumination to reveal pigment and structural patterns invisible to the naked eye, helping to distinguish a harmless mole from an atypical one or early melanoma. It is non-invasive and painless, and the image can be captured and archived so the same lesion can be compared at a later visit. Each additional lesion examined in the same visit is charged at +70 Kč.

Oncologist Examination & Consultation
A standalone 60-minute examination and consultation with the clinic's oncologist. It covers a detailed, risk-focused medical and family history, a clinical examination and an individual cancer-risk assessment, with advice on which preventive screening or specific tests would be appropriate. It serves as the entry point to the clinic's preventive programme and as the anchor service of the oncological screening. A shorter 800 Kč follow-up visit is available for reviewing results or re-examination. Care is provided personally by MUDr. Barbora Dolečková, a clinical oncologist with more than twenty years' experience.
