Comprehensive Oncologist Consultation
A face-to-face consultation with a clinical oncologist at Masarykův onkologický ústav, including a clinical examination and a final written report. Tumour Marker Screening Blood Panel
À-la-carte tumour-marker blood testing for self-payers at Masarykův onkologický ústav, selected to age, sex and personal risk rather than sold as a fixed bundle. Available markers include PSA and free PSA (prostate), CEA (broad-spectrum), AFP and hCG (germ-cell/liver), and CA 125, CA 15-3 and CA 19-9 (ovarian, breast and pancreatic/GI). Run by the institute's oncology laboratory, the markers are best interpreted alongside an oncologist consultation rather than read in isolation. Useful for monitoring known risk or complementing a preventive screen, with the same markers also embedded in the institute's full preventive checkup.

CT Scan with Contrast
Self-payer contrast-enhanced computed tomography at Masarykův onkologický ústav, a JCI-accredited comprehensive cancer centre. CT uses X-rays acquired from many angles to build detailed cross-sectional images, and intravenous contrast highlights blood vessels, organs and lesions to improve detection and characterisation. Performed and reported by the institute's oncology radiodiagnostics team. Useful for evaluating the chest, abdomen, pelvis and other regions where high-resolution, contrast-enhanced anatomy is needed. Open to foreign patients and those without Czech insurance.

MRI Scan
Self-payer magnetic resonance imaging at Masarykův onkologický ústav, a JCI-accredited comprehensive cancer centre with oncology-grade radiodiagnostics. MRI uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves — no ionising radiation — to produce high-contrast images of soft tissue, making it valuable for the brain, spine, joints and abdominal or pelvic organs. The flat 10,500 Kč rate covers most single-region studies without contrast, with paramagnetic contrast, MR angiography and supplementary sequences available as add-ons. Scans are reported by the institute's radiologists. Available to self-payers and foreign patients outside the insurance pathway.

Second Medical Opinion
A structured second opinion from a Masarykův onkologický ústav clinical oncologist, based on the medical records the patient supplies — diagnostic reports, hospitalisation summaries, diagnoses and proposed treatment plan. It is a documentary review rather than a clinical examination, useful before committing to a treatment plan made elsewhere. The institute also offers expert histology second-readings of tissue samples, priced by case complexity from a small biopsy through to comparison of multiple tumour foci. Provided within a JCI-accredited, OECI-designated comprehensive cancer centre. Note that MOÚ does not re-read CT, MR or PET-CT imaging done at other facilities.

Comprehensive Preventive Oncology Checkup
A half-day, single-visit cancer-focused preventive screen at Czechia's national comprehensive cancer centre. The programme combines a broad blood panel, tumour markers, chest X-ray, abdominal and organ ultrasound, ECG and InBody body-composition analysis, finishing with a full clinical examination and written report by a clinical oncologist. Designed for self-payers and foreign patients who want a thorough one-appointment assessment rather than booking each test separately. Performed by MOÚ's specialist oncology and radiodiagnostic teams, with mammography substituted for breast ultrasound in women over 40 and an iFOBT bowel-cancer test included where no recent colonoscopy exists.
