Dental Examination & Consultation
An examination appointment with the dentist to assess your teeth, gums and existing restorations and to plan any further treatment. At Stomatologia Kucharski this is the usual starting point for new patients and for visitors travelling from Germany who want a clear plan and estimate before committing to work such as implants, crowns or root canal treatment. Where helpful, the dentist can arrange an X-ray or 3D scan during planning. A separate, longer prosthetic consultation is available for more complex restorative cases.
Medical Consultation
A consultation with a physician to review your health, current medications and wellbeing goals and to recommend a suitable infusion or other next step. At Wita Medica every infusion is preceded by a doctor's assessment, and this consultation can also be booked on its own to discuss which drip — if any — is appropriate, or to interpret blood-test results from the clinic's on-site Diagnostyka collection point. It is the recommended starting point for anyone new to IV vitamin therapy.
Children's Dentistry (Adaptation Visit)
EM Dent welcomes children, starting with a gentle adaptation visit to build trust before any treatment. The clinic offers prevention such as fissure sealing and fluoride varnishing, fillings and extractions for baby teeth, and — uniquely in the Głogów district — treatment under inhalation sedation for children who find dental care difficult. The aim is a calm, positive experience and good habits from an early age.
Endodontic Consultation
A focused consultation with certified endodontist Dr Aleksandra Cieślik-Kot to assess a tooth for root canal treatment or to investigate dental pain. The appointment includes clinical examination and diagnostic analysis to determine whether a tooth can be saved and how. For patients in acute pain, Dentica also offers emergency relief — anaesthetic, imaging and a dressing — to settle symptoms before definitive treatment.
Surgical Consultation
A surgical consultation is a dedicated appointment to assess a tooth or area before extraction, implant or other oral surgery, and to plan the safest approach. At EM Dent it is carried out by the clinic's surgically experienced dentists, with in-house CBCT and panoramic imaging available to aid planning. It is also the point at which suitability for inhalation sedation is assessed for anxious patients.
Orthodontic Consultation
A consultation with a specialist orthodontist to assess the alignment of your teeth and bite and discuss the options for treatment. At OrthoTeam the orthodontist examines your teeth, jaws and bite, explains whether fixed braces, aligners or another approach would suit your case, and outlines the likely stages. Where needed, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays can be taken to support diagnosis and a detailed treatment plan.
Dental Consultation
An initial consultation in which the dentist examines your teeth and gums, listens to your concerns and explains the treatment options. It is the recommended starting point for new patients and for anyone considering implants, orthodontics, prosthetics or a smile makeover. Where helpful, in-house imaging and digital smile design are used to plan and illustrate the proposed treatment and its cost.
Longevity & Internal Medicine Consultation
A consultation with a physician specialising in internal and longevity medicine, focused on preventive health, biological-clock concepts and how to interpret advanced diagnostic results. It is a natural starting point — or follow-up — for people pursuing the Longevity+ approach, offering a structured discussion of test findings and personalised next steps rather than treatment of an acute illness, and connecting the dots between lab data, imaging and lifestyle.
Tooth Filling (Composite)
A tooth-coloured composite filling that repairs a tooth affected by decay or minor damage, restoring its shape and function while blending with the natural tooth. After removing the decay, the dentist bonds the resin in layers and shapes it to the bite. For larger cavities where a standard filling would be less durable, Dental Corner offers laboratory-made inlay and onlay restorations that fit precisely into the tooth.
Clinical Dietitian Consultation with Nutrition Plan
A consultation with a clinical dietitian that includes a personalised nutrition plan, designed to translate health goals and diagnostic findings into practical eating strategies. It suits people optimising their health, managing weight or metabolic markers, or following up on check-up results who want concrete dietary guidance. The session reviews current habits and individual data, then sets out a tailored plan rather than generic advice, and can dovetail with the clinic's biological-age and metabolic packages.
Dermatoscopy (Mole Examination)
Dermatoscopy is a painless examination of the skin's moles and growths using a hand-held dermatoscope, performed at Dermaestet by an experienced dermatologist. It allows suspicious lesions to be detected at an early stage and existing moles to be monitored over time, making it a key piece of skin-cancer prevention for everyone — including healthy, low-risk people. It is quick and non-invasive, and any lesion that looks concerning is referred for surgical removal and histological examination.
Aesthetic Consultation
A one-to-one assessment with MUDr. Ilona Karasová before any aesthetic procedure at Estemedic. The doctor examines your skin and facial structure, discusses your goals and concerns, and proposes a treatment plan. Because most procedures on the menu are priced 'from' (od), this consultation is also where the final, individualised price is agreed for your specific case. As the assessment is carried out by a physician rather than a cosmetologist, it also covers any contraindications and whether a procedure is suitable for you at all. It is the entry point to the practice and a chance to ask questions before committing, conducted in Czech for a flat 500 Kč fee.
Cosmetic Skin Consultation
This is a dermatological skincare consultation for anyone with problem skin, blemishes or simply unsure how to care for their skin. At Dermaestet a specialist examines the skin, identifies the underlying cause of concerns, recommends the right active ingredients tailored to you and sets out a long-term care plan. It suits all skin types and is a sensible first step before treatments, giving expert, individualised advice rather than guesswork, and the fee is usually credited toward any treatment you go on to have.
Personal-Development Coaching
Personal-development coaching is led by Mgr. et Mgr. Klára Hořejšová, a coach and registered mediator trained in AKOR coaching (levels I & II), NLP and hypnosis. Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented process: rather than giving advice or diagnosing, the coach uses classic coaching tools and NLP techniques to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals and take responsibility for reaching them. Sessions build self-belief, focus and the practical steps needed to change. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and a five-session package is available at a reduced per-session rate for people working towards a larger goal. It complements the practice's medical and psychotherapeutic services by supporting the motivation and self-direction that lasting health and lifestyle change requires, but is distinct from therapy or medical advice.
Skin Examination by Oncologist with Dermatoscopy
A full skin survey by the oncologist, with dermatoscopic assessment of any suspicious or higher-risk lesions. Dermatoscopy uses a handheld, illuminated magnifying device — the clinic uses a DermLite DL III — to look beneath the surface of moles and skin lesions, revealing patterns invisible to the naked eye that help distinguish benign moles from changes that warrant attention. It is non-invasive and painless, and aims at early detection of malignant melanoma and dysplastic (atypical) moles. Images can be captured for archiving and later comparison, supporting follow-up of changing lesions over time.
Targeted Breast Examination (with Ultrasound)
A focused breast-health check for women, combining a clinical breast examination by the oncologist with a breast ultrasound and an individual risk assessment. It is a partial preventive examination for those who want their breasts checked specifically rather than as part of a full screening — for reassurance, because of a family history, or to follow up a self-noticed change. Ultrasound is radiation-free and well suited to assessing breast tissue alongside the hands-on clinical exam. The scan is carried out by the clinic's imaging partner MEDIGRAFO s.r.o., and findings are explained on the day.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy at the practice is provided by MUDr. Bohumila Rothová, a board-certified GP who now focuses primarily on psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Psychodynamic therapy works by exploring how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns shape present-day feelings and behaviour, helping you understand recurring difficulties rather than only managing their surface effects — an approach that fits naturally alongside the practice's root-cause philosophy. Sessions last 50 minutes and can be booked individually or as couples therapy. As a doctor-led service it sits comfortably within the practice's whole-person model, recognising that mental and emotional health are inseparable from physical health. Booking is binding, with a seven-day cancellation policy, and sessions are self-pay.
Medical Weight-Loss Program
This is a medically supervised, non-surgical weight-loss program designed to reduce body weight, curb hunger and improve overall health — the clinic notes benefits for blood pressure and diabetes alongside weight. At Dermaestet it begins with an initial consultation including history-taking, measurement and weighing, followed by supportive treatment, and much of the program can be followed from the comfort of home. It suits people carrying excess subcutaneous fat, obesity or overweight with related conditions who want a guided, painless approach.
Nutrition Counselling
Nutrition counselling is provided by MVDr. Michaela Vránková, a nutrition and food-hygiene specialist and certified nutrition and supplementation adviser. The sessions give personalised, practical guidance on how the way you eat affects both physical and mental health, and how to translate functional-medicine principles into a sustainable everyday diet. The initial 90-minute consultation maps your current eating patterns, goals and any specific challenges, while shorter 60-minute follow-ups refine the plan and keep you accountable. Advice covers food choices and supplementation tailored to you rather than a generic meal plan. Offered as a one-to-one service, it complements the practice's functional-medicine consultations and works well for anyone wanting to improve their diet with informed, individual support.
Functional-Medicine Follow-Up Consultation
Follow-up consultations keep your functional-medicine plan on track after the initial assessment. Led by MUDr. Anna Palgutová, CFMP, these appointments review how you are responding to dietary, lifestyle and supplement changes, troubleshoot anything that has stalled, and adjust the plan as your results and symptoms evolve. Because functional medicine works in iterative cycles — change something, observe the response, refine — regular check-ins are where much of the progress actually happens. You can book a standard 60-minute review, a shorter 30-minute appointment for smaller updates, a discounted five-session pack for longer programmes, or a month of weekly remote support between visits. Like the initial consultation, follow-ups are available in person in Brno-Chrlice or online.
Comprehensive Oncologist Consultation
A face-to-face consultation with a clinical oncologist at Masarykův onkologický ústav, including a clinical examination and a final written report. Self-payers and foreign patients can use it for a preventive assessment, to interpret existing results, or to discuss personal cancer risk without going through the insurance-funded pathway. The comprehensive consultation is the full first assessment; a lower-priced repeat/targeted consultation is available for follow-up or a focused question. Delivered within a JCI-accredited comprehensive cancer centre rated #1 of 35 Czech hospitals for patient satisfaction.
Second Medical Opinion
A structured second opinion from a Masarykův onkologický ústav clinical oncologist, based on the medical records the patient supplies — diagnostic reports, hospitalisation summaries, diagnoses and proposed treatment plan. It is a documentary review rather than a clinical examination, useful before committing to a treatment plan made elsewhere. The institute also offers expert histology second-readings of tissue samples, priced by case complexity from a small biopsy through to comparison of multiple tumour foci. Provided within a JCI-accredited, OECI-designated comprehensive cancer centre. Note that MOÚ does not re-read CT, MR or PET-CT imaging done at other facilities.
Comprehensive Functional-Medicine Consultation
The comprehensive functional-medicine consultation is the entry point to the practice and is led by MUDr. Anna Palgutová, CFMP. Functional medicine treats the body as one connected system and asks why a problem is happening rather than only naming it, so the appointment is deliberately long — 90 to 120 minutes — to map your full health picture. Before you arrive you complete detailed intake questionnaires and keep a food diary; in the session these are reviewed alongside any blood or laboratory results you bring. Together you discuss symptoms, history, diet, sleep, stress and lifestyle, and the doctor builds an individual plan grounded in functional-medicine protocols. It is offered in person at the Brno-Chrlice practice or online, and is suited to people with chronic, hormonal, gut or unexplained complaints who want to understand the cause.
GAPS Protocol Programme
The GAPS programme is a structured two-month course built around the Gut and Psychology Syndrome dietary protocol, supervised by MUDr. Anna Palgutová, CFMP, who is a certified GAPS practitioner. GAPS is a therapeutic nutrition approach that uses a staged, gut-healing diet to support people whose digestive and neurological or psychological symptoms may be linked through gut health. Rather than a one-off consultation, this is a guided programme: it opens with an initial consultation to assess suitability and set the diet up, includes weekly dietary review and problem-solving by email or phone, and closes with a final consultation to consolidate results. It is kept distinct from the practice's general functional-medicine consultations because it follows a specific, certified protocol over a defined period.
