A one-to-one assessment with MUDr. Ilona Karasová before any aesthetic procedure at Estemedic. The doctor examines your skin and facial structure, discusses your goals and concerns, and proposes a treatment plan. Because most procedures on the menu are priced 'from' (od), this consultation is also where the final, individualised price is agreed for your specific case. As the assessment is carried out by a physician rather than a cosmetologist, it also covers any contraindications and whether a procedure is suitable for you at all. It is the entry point to the practice and a chance to ask questions before committing, conducted in Czech for a flat 500 Kč fee.

An aesthetic consultation is a structured discussion and examination that precedes treatment, allowing the physician to match a procedure to your skin, anatomy and expectations rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. At Estemedic the consultation is carried out personally by MUDr. Ilona Karasová, a neurologist who has practised aesthetic medicine since 2008, so you are assessed by a physician. During the appointment she reviews your skin condition, facial movement and areas of concern, explains which of the practice's options — botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, biorevitalisation, mesotherapy, peels, HydroPeptide facials, injection lipolysis or HIFU ultrasound lifting — may be appropriate, and outlines what each involves. The practice prices most treatments 'from' a starting figure because, as its own pricing note states, the final price applies to the specific patient after consultation and assessment of their condition. This appointment is therefore where the individualised plan and cost are confirmed. It is the right starting point for anyone new to aesthetic medicine, anyone weighing several options, or anyone wanting a professional opinion on whether a procedure is suitable before booking it. Bring a list of questions and any relevant medical history; the doctor will also flag any contraindications. Treatment is not performed at the consultation unless agreed — the visit is for assessment and planning. The fee is 500 Kč and is payable at the practice; consultations are conducted in Czech.
