The light is absorbed selectively by its target — melanin in a pigment spot or hair follicle, haemoglobin in a thread vein, ink in a tattoo — heating and disrupting it while sparing the surrounding skin. Botulinum Toxin (Anti-Wrinkle Injections)
Botulinum toxin type A injected by MUDr. David Pupala to relax the muscles that create dynamic expression lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. At West Art Esthetic each treated area is 2,000 Kč. The toxin temporarily blocks the nerve signal that tells a muscle to contract, so the overlying skin stops creasing and existing lines soften. The same mechanism is used to treat hyperhidrosis — excessive sweating of the underarms, palms or soles — by quieting the nerves that drive the sweat glands. Treatment is quick, performed with ultra-fine needles and needs no anaesthetic; results appear within days.

A non-surgical lift in which absorbable threads are placed under the skin through a fine cannula to mechanically reposition sagging tissue and stimulate new collagen along the thread path. At West Art Esthetic the headline option is a 16,000 Kč 3D cannula thread-lift session performed by MUDr. David Pupala, who is certified in thread and suspension lifts. Lighter options include PLLA thread face modelling at 5,000 Kč and individual mesothreads at 300 Kč each for finer skin-quality work. The threads dissolve over months, but the collagen they trigger continues to support the lift after they are gone.
