Microinjections of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid placed across the skin to deeply hydrate it from within and improve texture, glow and suppleness — without adding volume. At West Art Esthetic this bio-revitalization starts from 2,500 Kč, with a dedicated eye-area hydration and rejuvenation option at 4,000 Kč. Unlike a surface moisturiser, the hyaluronic acid is deposited in the dermis itself, where it binds water and acts as a moisture reservoir the skin draws on over weeks. The result is progressively fresher, more luminous and better-hydrated skin, useful on its own or as preparation before other aesthetic procedures.
Skin boosters are a form of bio-revitalization mesotherapy: a non-cross-linked, free-flowing hyaluronic acid is injected into the mid-dermis at many small points rather than placed as a single shaping depot like a filler. Because the HA is not cross-linked, it does not lift or volumise — instead it disperses through the tissue and binds water there, hydrating the skin from the inside and giving fibroblasts a better environment in which to function. Over the following weeks the dermis becomes more hydrated and plumped, fine surface lines soften, pores look less prominent and the complexion gains a healthy glow. At West Art Esthetic the treatment is performed by MUDr. David Pupala and starts from 2,500 Kč; a dedicated eye-area hydration and rejuvenation protocol, addressing the thin, often dehydrated skin around the eyes, is 4,000 Kč. After mapping the treatment zone — typically the face, and optionally the neck, décolletage or backs of the hands — the physician places a series of tiny intradermal blebs with a fine short needle. The sensation is a series of small pinpricks; a topical anaesthetic can be applied for comfort. A session covers the area in around 30–45 minutes. Improvement unfolds over two to four weeks as the hyaluronic acid integrates and draws water into the tissue. A short course — commonly three sessions spaced a few weeks apart — gives the most sustained result, each session building on the previous one, with maintenance every 6–12 months. Skin boosters suit dehydrated, dull, tired or early-ageing skin from the late twenties onward, sensitive skin that cannot tolerate harsher procedures, and anyone wanting a radiance boost before an event. They are frequently used to prepare the skin ahead of other treatments. Small raised injection points and occasional mild bruising settle within 24–48 hours. Patients are advised to avoid heavy creams and makeup on the day, and aspirin and blood thinners for a week before to limit bruising. Contraindications — pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infection and HA hypersensitivity — are reviewed at the 500 Kč consultation, which is free when a procedure follows.
