About this treatment
Aesthetic laser treatment works on the principle of selective photothermolysis: a specific wavelength of light is chosen so that it is absorbed preferentially by one target in the skin and largely ignored by the surrounding tissue. Preparation required
Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including self-tan) for 2–4 weeks before. Disclose any photosensitising medication. Arrive with clean, product-free skin on the treatment area. Use strict sun protection after each session.
