Superficial microinjections of a tailored cocktail of vitamins, hyaluronic acid and active ingredients delivered into the skin to hydrate, brighten and refresh the complexion. At West Art Esthetic, run within Nicole Pupalová's cosmetic division, mesotherapy is 1,400 Kč per procedure or 5,600 Kč for a course of five. Several targeted blends are offered — Pink Glow for radiance, Bio Cell Fluid, Stop Acne and Stop Rosacea — so the formula can be matched to the skin concern. By placing actives directly where they work, mesotherapy bypasses the skin's barrier and supports hydration, softens scars and expression lines, and leaves the skin looking fresh and nourished.

Mesotherapy delivers a customised blend of bioactive ingredients — hyaluronic acid, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and trace minerals — into the superficial-to-mid dermis through a series of fine microinjections. The principle is direct delivery: rather than relying on a cream to penetrate the stratum corneum (which blocks most large molecules), the actives are deposited exactly where they act, in the living layers of the skin. This stimulates local microcirculation and hydration and gives the skin a fresh, nourished, radiant appearance. Each procedure is 1,400 Kč, or 5,600 Kč for a course of five — the recommended way to build and maintain a result. The treatment is offered in several targeted cocktails so the blend matches the concern: Pink Glow for dull, tired skin needing radiance; Bio Cell Fluid for regeneration and hydration; Stop Acne for blemish-prone skin; and Stop Rosacea for redness-prone, reactive skin. After cleansing, the practitioner places small aliquots of the chosen solution across the face (and optionally neck or décolletage) using a fine needle. A session takes around 30–45 minutes; a topical anaesthetic can be used for comfort. Results appear gradually as hydration and microcirculation improve — skin looks fresher and more luminous after the first sessions, with texture, scarring and fine expression lines softening over a course. A typical protocol is one session every one to two weeks across the five-session course, then occasional maintenance. Mesotherapy suits dehydrated, dull, blemish- or redness-prone and early-ageing skin, and pairs well with chemical peels and other skin-quality work. Mild redness and small injection marks settle within hours to a day; occasional minor bruising is possible. Patients are advised to skip heavy makeup on the day and avoid aspirin and blood thinners beforehand to limit bruising.
