During the consultation, MUDr. Keclíková or a colleague performs a visual examination and, where indicated, digital dermatoscope imaging — a non-invasive tool that illuminates the deeper layers of pigmented lesions to distinguish benign moles from concerning changes. The dermatoscope used in the clinic is a digital device allowing high-magnification capture and comparison across visits. Patients from five contracted Czech health insurance funds (VZP, ZPMV, OZP, RBP, ČPZP) are seen with full insurance coverage for indicated services; self-pay bookings are accepted from all other insurers.

Mesotherapy at Kožní Keclíková involves the micro-injection of pure hyaluronic acid or an active HA cocktail (containing peptides and vitamins) into the dermis or epidermis of the face, neck, décolleté, or hands. Two delivery methods are offered: injection mesotherapy, where the product is placed into the dermal layer using a fine needle for a deeper, longer-lasting effect; and roller mesotherapy (1.0 mm depth), which treats the superficial epidermis and partial dermis for a lighter refresh with shorter effect duration. Injectable hyaluronic acid filler treatments performed exclusively by physicians at Kožní Keclíková (Medincentrum). The clinic works with three premium HA brands — Juvederm by Allergan, Restylane, and Princess — to address wrinkle smoothing, nasolabial fold softening, lip modelling and augmentation, cheekbone and jaw contouring, nose reshaping, chin projection, and acne scar filling. Unlike botulinum toxin (which relaxes muscles), HA fillers physically restore volume in tissue that has deflated with age or weight loss. Results appear immediately; the HA also stimulates the patient's own collagen synthesis, so the skin is actively firmed beyond what the filler volume alone provides. Minimum duration of effect is 1.5 years.

For areas with concurrent fat deposits, a lipolytic (fat-dissolving) solution can be applied in the same session as an adjunct.
