At Kožní Keclíková, the Vital Injector device — part of the Restylane product family — uses a multi-needle stamping mechanism to deposit precise quantities of HA at a consistent depth and spacing, achieving a more uniform result than manual mesotherapy injections. The HA binds water molecules within the dermal tissue, producing lasting deep hydration, stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis, brightening, and progressive skin firming. The skinbooster treatment at Kožní Keclíková uses the Vital Injector System — a motorised multi-needle delivery device in the Restylane family, supplied by Aesthe-med s.r.o. (Galderma distributor) — to administer stabilised non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid directly into the papillary and reticular dermis. Unlike standard cross-linked HA fillers that add volume, this preparation is optimised for diffuse dermal integration: the molecules are small enough to distribute evenly through the tissue rather than remaining as discrete depots. The physician selects the injection depth and volume settings on the Vital Injector handpiece before stamping the device evenly across the treatment area. Each stamp delivers a precise microbolus simultaneously through multiple fine needles, creating a controlled, regularly spaced grid of injections across the face, neck, décolleté, or dorsal hands. Topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the area 20–30 minutes beforehand; the injections themselves produce a mild stinging sensation that most patients describe as tolerable.
