MUDr. Irena Hejcmanová treats telangiectasias on the nose, cheeks and chin that are common in patients with rosacea or chronic sun exposure, as well as small haemangiomas and cherry angiomas. Laser correction of surgical, traumatic and hypertrophic scars using the K-Laser Blue Derma diode laser at Derma-plus Tábor. Teleangitron capillary and vein removal at Estetika Tábor uses a Swiss-manufactured Medistelar gold electrolysis electrode to precisely target and destroy thread veins, red capillaries, hemangiomas, rosacea vessels, and petechiae on the face and body. Unlike laser vascular treatment, Teleangitron uses a micro-current delivered directly through a fine gold probe to coagulate the vessel wall, sealing the capillary without affecting surrounding skin. One to two sessions of 45 minutes at 1,800 Kč per session are typically sufficient for most small vascular lesions. The optional 15-minute biostimulation laser add-on (200 Kč) accelerates post-procedure healing.

The Hollywood Peel (carbon laser facial) at Estetika Tábor is a two-step treatment combining a carbon mask with a medical laser that selectively vaporises the carbon along with the surface debris, dead cells, and oil it has absorbed. The carbon particles penetrate into hair follicles and pores; when the laser passes over, it causes a rapid micro-explosion that expels the carbon and whatever has adhered to it — including excess sebum, bacteria, and keratin plugs.
