Capillary & Vein Removal (Teleangitron)

Teleangitron capillary and vein removal at Estetika Tábor uses a Swiss-manufactured Medistelar gold electrolysis electrode to precisely target and destroy thread veins, red capillaries, hemangiomas, rosacea vessels, and petechiae on the face and body. Unlike laser vascular treatment, Teleangitron uses a micro-current delivered directly through a fine gold probe to coagulate the vessel wall, sealing the capillary without affecting surrounding skin. One to two sessions of 45 minutes at 1,800 Kč per session are typically sufficient for most small vascular lesions. The optional 15-minute biostimulation laser add-on (200 Kč) accelerates post-procedure healing.

The Teleangitron device — manufactured by Medistelar in Switzerland — uses fine-gauge gold electrolysis electrodes to deliver a controlled micro-current directly into superficial capillaries. The current heats the vessel wall through galvanic electrothermal coagulation, causing the vessel to seal, collapse, and gradually fade over 1–2 weeks as the body reabsorbs the occluded tissue. Because the electrode tip is placed precisely against the capillary rather than delivering energy through the surface of the skin, the surrounding tissue receives minimal thermal exposure and recovery is rapid. At Estetika Tábor, the treatment addresses a range of superficial vascular lesions: - **Thread veins / telangiectasia**: fine red or purple capillaries visible on the cheeks, nose, and chin (common in rosacea and fair skin) - **Hemangiomas**: benign vascular growths, typically red or purple raised spots - **Petechiae**: pinpoint haemorrhagic lesions from capillary rupture - **Spider naevi**: central feeding vessel with radiating branches Sessions last a maximum of 45 minutes, both for practical treatment coverage and to limit the extent of post-procedure redness in a single session. Multiple smaller lesions are often addressable within a single visit; larger areas or complex networks may benefit from a second session 4–6 weeks later once the treated vessels have fully resolved. Post-procedure, treated areas show mild redness and possibly micro-crusting over treated points. Full absorption of the sealed vessel takes up to 14 days. No makeup should be applied for 24 hours post-treatment. The optional biostimulation laser add-on (15 minutes, 200 Kč) using OPTANT laser is offered to accelerate anti-inflammatory healing and reduce post-treatment redness duration. Note: Teleangitron at this clinic is also used for grey-hair laser epilation clients — as standard laser systems are ineffective on white/grey hair, Teleangitron electrolysis provides an alternative follicle destruction mechanism for those cases.
