Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose to improve its proportion and harmony with the rest of the face — refining a bump, tip or width, or adjusting overall size. Clinic for Luck uses a closed (intranasal) approach, with incisions made inside the nostrils so there are no visible external scars. Soft-tissue and cartilage work starts from 40,000 Kč, while reshaping the bony framework, which is more demanding, is priced from 55,000 Kč. Depending on the case, the procedure is performed under local or general anaesthesia and takes up to about 1.5 hours.

A nasal splint and packing are placed; packing is removed at day three to four and the splint at day fourteen to twenty-one, with the final result emerging over up to a year.
