Rhinoplasty at GISANT reshapes the size and profile of the nose using a closed approach, so there are no external scars. The clinic distinguishes two procedures: a full ("hard") rhinoplasty that includes bony work — narrowing the bridge, reducing a dorsal hump or straightening the nose — at CZK 49,000 under general anaesthesia, and a tip-only ("soft") ambulatory rhinoplasty at CZK 32,000, usually under local anaesthesia. Surgery takes roughly one and a half to two and a half hours. About this treatment
Rhinoplasty is among the most technically demanding procedures in aesthetic surgery, requiring precise three-dimensional control over bone, cartilage and soft tissue and an understanding of how the nose heals over months.
