Rhinoplasty at GISANT reshapes the size and profile of the nose using a closed approach, so there are no external scars. The clinic distinguishes two procedures: a full ("hard") rhinoplasty that includes bony work — narrowing the bridge, reducing a dorsal hump or straightening the nose — at CZK 49,000 under general anaesthesia, and a tip-only ("soft") ambulatory rhinoplasty at CZK 32,000, usually under local anaesthesia. Surgery takes roughly one and a half to two and a half hours. A nasal splint and packing are placed; packing is removed at day three to four and the splint at day fourteen to twenty-one, with the final result emerging over up to a year.
About this treatment
Rhinoplasty is among the most technically demanding procedures in aesthetic surgery, requiring precise three-dimensional control over bone, cartilage and soft tissue and an understanding of how the nose heals over months. GISANT uses a closed (endonasal) approach, placing all incisions inside the nostrils so there are no external scars, and prices the procedure according to its scope.
A full ("hard") rhinoplasty — CZK 49,000 under general anaesthesia — addresses the bony framework as well as the cartilage: narrowing a wide bridge, reducing a dorsal hump, straightening a deviated nose, or refining the overall profile. A tip-only ("soft") ambulatory rhinoplasty — CZK 32,000, usually under local anaesthesia — focuses on the cartilaginous tip alone, refining a bulbous or drooping tip without bony work, and is suitable when the bridge does…
After surgery a nasal splint is worn over the nose and soft packing supports the internal structures. The packing is removed at day three to four and the splint at day fourteen to twenty-one. Bruising and swelling around the nose and eyes are most pronounced in the first week and settle progressively. The primary aesthetic improvement is visible once the splint is removed, but the nasal tip continues to refine as deep swelling resolves, with the final…
