Running Gait Diagnostics
VO2MAX's running gait diagnostics session gives runners a precise, evidence-based picture of how they move — and a practical roadmap for running faster, further, and with less injury risk. A certified physiotherapist records your running form at comfortable and sub-maximal pace from three simultaneous camera angles, then conducts a frame-by-frame technique analysis covering head, shoulder, trunk, pelvis, hip, knee, and foot mechanics. Optional podological analysis identifies foot positioning and lower-limb axis deviations that affect running economy. The 90-minute session includes an initial consultation, optional static examination, outdoor video recording, and a detailed post-session discussion. A password-protected PDF report with specific corrective exercises is emailed within 10 days.

Sports Athlete Care Programme
VO2MAX's athlete care service is an integrated clinical pathway that brings together physiotherapy, orthopedics, podology, running gait diagnostics, and sports massage under coordinated management — designed for recreational and competitive athletes who need more than a single-modality treatment episode. Each athlete's journey begins with a kinesiological movement analysis and, where relevant, a breathing pattern assessment and sport-specific movement evaluation to identify muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, and movement compensations before they become injuries. The team includes physiotherapists with specialist expertise in running biomechanics, pediatric sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation, and the on-site orthopedic surgeon provides timely imaging and structural assessment without the delays of external referral.

Individual & Group Training
VO2MAX offers supervised individual, pair, and small-group training sessions led by physiotherapists and movement specialists, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. Individual sessions are designed around the client's specific goals and health history — whether that is building strength after physiotherapy discharge, improving running economy, correcting posture, or managing a chronic condition through exercise. Small-group classes (up to 8 participants) create an accountable but personalised training environment that is more accessible than one-to-one coaching and more attentive than a commercial gym. Children's yoga sessions in Czech are available for younger participants, combining breath awareness, coordination games, and flexible movement in an age-appropriate format.

Therapeutic Massage & Reflexology
VO2MAX's massage and reflexology service covers eight distinct techniques delivered by certified massage therapists and lymphotherapists, ranging from sports and trigger-point massage to pregnancy massage, Graston myofascial instrumentation, Indian head massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and foot/hand/ear reflexology. Sessions are selected and adapted to the client's needs rather than following a fixed routine — a competitive cyclist and a pregnant woman in the second trimester require fundamentally different approaches, and the team is trained to deliver both safely and effectively. The clinic's physiotherapy background means massage treatments are contextualised within a broader understanding of musculoskeletal function, so sessions address underlying movement patterns as well as surface tension.

Women's Health Physiotherapy
VO2MAX's women's health physiotherapy service addresses the full spectrum of pelvic floor and reproductive health concerns using a combination of manual therapy, specialised movement systems, and holistic hormonal support. Therapists trained in the Ludmila Mojžíšová method, PPA pelvic floor concept, visceral therapy, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization work with women at every life stage — from fertility preparation and pregnancy through to postpartum recovery and menopause. A free 15-minute phone consultation is offered before the first appointment so the therapist can confirm that this service matches your situation and prepare the session accordingly. The approach treats pelvic dysfunction as a whole-body problem, integrating breath mechanics, trunk stability, and organ position alongside pelvic floor muscle function.

Orthopedics & Podology Consultation
VO2MAX's orthopedic and podology service combines the clinical expertise of MUDr. Karel Musil (orthopedic surgeon) with on-site diagnostic ultrasound and podoscope analysis, delivering a complete musculoskeletal assessment that avoids unnecessary external referrals for most presentations. The orthopedic consultation covers the full spectrum from lower limb joint pain and shoulder dysfunction to pediatric hip screening, with referrals to partner facilities for MRI or X-ray when imaging is required. The podological component uses pressure-distribution analysis to identify how foot biomechanics affect the knee, hip, and lumbar spine, with custom insoles from Vasily Medical and Formthotics available as a direct prescription when indicated. Both disciplines work in close collaboration with the physiotherapy team so findings translate directly into a treatment plan.

Holistic Coaching & EFT
VO2MAX's holistic coaching and EFT service, led by Barbora Štefanová (lymphotherapist, psychotherapist, and certified coach), addresses the mind-body connection at the root of many chronic health and performance challenges. The first 90-minute session combines a thorough needs and goals assessment with foundational Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) — a body-based approach that uses gentle tapping on acupressure points to reduce the emotional charge attached to distressing memories, beliefs, and physical symptoms. Subsequent sessions build on this foundation with psychosomatic exploration, coaching goal-setting, breathing practices, and body awareness exercises. The service is suitable for adults navigating personal transitions, relationship challenges, stress-related physical symptoms, or simply seeking greater clarity and emotional regulation.

Pediatric Physiotherapy
VO2MAX's pediatric physiotherapy service treats children from newborns through adolescence, combining developmentally appropriate assessment with parent education so therapeutic work continues at home between sessions. Therapists certified in Vojta reflex locomotion, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and General Movements Assessment screen and treat the full range of conditions — from asymmetrical posture in infants to sports overuse injuries in teenage athletes. Sessions are play-based for younger children and include hands-on Vojta or DNS techniques for babies, progressing to active exercise and movement re-education for older children. Parents are coached in home techniques at every appointment so the child receives therapeutic input daily, not just at clinic visits.

Clinical Naturopathy & Functional Medicine
VO2MAX's clinical naturopathy and functional medicine service, led by Ing. Klára Polosenko, applies a root-cause diagnostic framework to chronic health challenges that have not responded to conventional medicine or that require a more holistic lens. The initial 60-minute consultation integrates a pre-visit lifestyle and dietary questionnaire with a comprehensive review of health history, functional blood markers, and specialist testing options including food sensitivity panels (IgG groups A–D), DNA testing via the DNAlife® platform (genetic predispositions for health, diet, and sport), and microbiome analysis. The outcome is not a diagnosis in the conventional medical sense but a detailed therapeutic protocol with concrete lifestyle, nutritional, supplementation, and herbal recommendations personalised to the individual's genetic makeup, gut ecology, and immune reactivity.

Adult Physiotherapy
Evidence-based physiotherapy at VO2MAX uses kinesiological analysis to identify the precise root cause of pain or movement restriction before any hands-on treatment begins. Each 60-minute initial session combines manual techniques — drawn from Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), the McKenzie method, visceral therapy, and myofascial medicine — with targeted kinesiotherapy and patient education. On-site technology including high-powered lasers, TR Therapy radiofrequency, radial shockwave, focused shockwave, and diagnostic ultrasound means that most presentations can be fully assessed and treated without sending you to another facility. The result is a single-visit experience that gives you a clear diagnosis, a hands-on treatment, and a home exercise programme all at once.
