VO2MAX's training service is designed to fill this gap — providing professional supervision in a clinic context at a cost per session that is lower than one-to-one physiotherapy. Individual training sessions (1,500 Kč, 60 min) are structured around a programme that the movement specialist writes specifically for the client. In the context of post-physiotherapy training, this programme reflects the compensatory patterns and loading restrictions identified during treatment, progressively adding load and complexity as the tissue tolerates it. For clients without a rehabilitation background, sessions begin with a movement assessment to establish baseline competencies and identify imbalances before any loading is introduced. Common individual training goals include returning to sport after injury, preparing for a specific event (marathon, triathlon, mountain hiking), managing osteoporosis or arthritis through resistance training, or improving metabolic health through structured physical activity. Pair training (750 Kč per person) provides most of the benefits of individual coaching at half the individual session rate, provided both participants have compatible goals and similar movement competencies.
