Implantology Consultation
A structured implant assessment with an oral-implantology specialist, built around two appointments. The first gathers a detailed clinical examination, photographs, an intraoral digital scan and imaging; the second presents a written treatment plan and cost estimate. It is the recommended starting point before any implant work and is especially useful for visitors planning treatment around a trip from Germany, with discussion available in Polish, German or English.

Short Dental Implant
A shorter titanium implant designed for areas where the available bone height is reduced, often allowing treatment without — or with less — bone grafting. It is placed into the jaw under local anaesthetic and restored with a crown once integrated. Short implants can simplify cases in the back of the mouth where the sinus or nerve limits the length of a standard implant, and are planned from CBCT imaging.

Mock-Up Trial Smile
A mock-up trial smile is a temporary preview of a planned restoration, built from the Digital Smile Design and placed directly over the teeth so the proposed shape, length and proportions can be seen and felt in the mouth. It lets the patient evaluate the intended look before committing to definitive treatment, and gives the clinician feedback to refine the design. It is typically used ahead of larger aesthetic or full-arch cases.

All-on-X Full-Arch Implants
Full-arch rehabilitation that restores a complete upper or lower set of teeth on four or six implants, with the bridge or implant-supported denture placed in a single procedure. It is intended for people who have lost most or all of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are failing. Fixation can be screw-retained, bar-supported or snap-on, and the approach reduces or removes the palate coverage of a traditional denture.

Single Dental Implant
Replacement of a single missing tooth with a titanium implant that acts as an artificial root, later restored with a ceramic crown. The implant is placed into the jawbone under local anaesthetic and left to integrate before the final crown is fitted from an impression or digital scan. It restores chewing function and helps preserve the surrounding bone, and is planned from CBCT imaging taken at consultation.

Digital Smile Design (DSD)
Digital Smile Design is a planning service that uses photographs and digital scans to design the proportions, shape and arrangement of the teeth before treatment begins. It lets the patient and clinician agree on the target appearance of a smile makeover or full-arch restoration in advance. The digital design can then be turned into a physical mock-up so the proposed result can be previewed in the mouth.
ct-scan
CBCT 3D Scan
A cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan produces a three-dimensional image of the jaw, showing bone height, width and the position of the sinus and nerve canals. It is the foundation of safe implant planning, letting the clinic decide implant length, position and angle before surgery. The scan is quick and is used both for routine single-implant planning and for complex full-arch and pterygoid cases.

Pterygoid Implant
A specialised long implant anchored in the pterygoid region at the very back of the upper jaw, used to support fixed restorations where the posterior bone is too thin for conventional implants. It can provide rear support for a full-arch bridge while often avoiding sinus grafting. Because of the anatomy involved it requires detailed CBCT planning and experienced surgical handling, both of which the clinic provides.
prp-prf
A-PRF / I-PRF Platelet-Rich Fibrin
Platelet-rich fibrin prepared from a small sample of the patient's own blood, spun in a centrifuge at the time of surgery and used to support healing after extractions, during sinus lift and alongside bone regeneration. Because it comes entirely from the patient there is no rejection risk. A-PRF is used mainly as a membrane, while the more fluid I-PRF is added to grafting biomaterials to enrich them with growth factors.

Immediate Tooth Restoration in One Day
A same-day approach for a single tooth that combines extraction, implant placement and a temporary crown in one appointment, so you leave with a tooth in place. After roughly four months of integration the temporary crown is replaced with a permanent porcelain one. It suits suitable single-tooth cases where the bone and gum allow immediate placement, confirmed by CBCT assessment beforehand.
