Full-arch rehabilitation that restores a complete upper or lower set of teeth on four or six implants, with the bridge or implant-supported denture placed in a single procedure. It is intended for people who have lost most or all of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are failing. Fixation can be screw-retained, bar-supported or snap-on, and the approach reduces or removes the palate coverage of a traditional denture.

About this treatment

All-on-X is a full-arch solution that supports an entire upper or lower row of teeth on a small number of implants — typically four (All-on-4) or six (All-on-6) — rather than on the gum ridge alone. At Stomatologia na Podzamczu the bridge or implant-supported denture is completed within a single surgical procedure, so the arch is rehabilitated in one coordinated treatment using advanced surgical techniques and digital planning of the implant positions.

The clinic offers three fixation options to match different needs. A screw-retained prosthesis is fixed directly to the implants and removed only at the clinic for maintenance; a bar-supported design adds a connecting bar with a denture that is taken out for cleaning; and a snap-on Locator system clips onto the implants so the patient can remove it for hygiene.
