Primenostics is a private radiology and nuclear medicine practice founded in 2021 by Dr. med. Sven Walter, a dual board-certified specialist in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine. The Berlin-Charlottenburg location operates within the Beyond Imaging Diagnostic Centre on Marburger Strasse, equipped with both 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners. A distinguishing feature is the double-couch system, where patients are positioned and prepared on a mobile couch outside the scanner room before being transferred in — reducing time spent inside the bore and improving comfort for claustrophobic patients. The practice covers the full spectrum of MRI diagnostics including whole-body screening, neurological imaging with AI-assisted brain volumetry, multiparametric prostate MRI, musculoskeletal and spinal imaging, and abdominal diagnostics.
