Echelon Health operates from 68 Harley Street in London, delivering comprehensive preventative screening packages that combine advanced medical imaging with extensive blood panel analysis. Founded by Dr Paul Jenkins, the clinic uses a 640-slice Aquilion ONE Prism CT scanner — one of the lowest-radiation CT systems available — alongside a Siemens 3T MRI at their partner facility in Marylebone. Screening results are reviewed by up to seven specialist radiologists, and each client receives a detailed final consultation with their findings. Packages range from focused cardiac and dementia assessments to the flagship Platinum screening, which examines over 40 blood parameters and includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, ECG, and mole screening across a full day. The Platinum assessment is designed to detect up to 92% of causes of preventable death in men and 95% in women, identifying tumours as small as 1-2mm. The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission and rated "Good" across all five inspection categories. All assessments are conducted in private suites, and 0% APR finance plans are available to spread the cost over up to 11 months. No GP referral is required.
