PEMF Therapy

Magnetotherapy
Low-frequency magnetic field therapy or Terapuls (pulsed electromagnetic field) for pain relief, inflammation reduction, and tissue regeneration support.
PEMF Pad - Single Session
A 30-minute session lying on a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat that delivers targeted electromagnetic waves through the body. The pulsating waves penetrate deep into tissue, interacting with cells to improve circulation and nutrient exchange at a cellular level. PEMF has been used in clinical orthopaedic settings for decades — originally for non-union fracture healing — and is now widely adopted for pain management, inflammation reduction, sleep improvement, and general recovery support.
PEMF Pad - With a Friend
Shared PEMF session for two people at a discounted per-person rate. Same 30-minute full-body pulsed electromagnetic field mat therapy — lie down, relax, and let the electromagnetic pulses work at a cellular level to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and aid recovery.
IHHT Cell Training
A 50-minute mask-based session alternating between low-oxygen (hypoxia) and high-oxygen (hyperoxia) breathing intervals to stimulate mitochondrial adaptation. Intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training (IHHT) is designed to challenge cellular energy systems in a controlled way, encouraging the body to replace less efficient mitochondria with healthier ones. The session is passive — clients recline comfortably while the system cycles through oxygen levels automatically.
IHHT Altitude Training
A 40-to-60-minute intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training (IHHT) session that alternates between low-oxygen and high-oxygen breathing phases through a comfortable mask. This passive protocol targets mitochondrial quality by stimulating the selective removal of damaged mitochondria and the production of new, efficient ones. Pulse oximetry monitoring ensures safe oxygen saturation levels throughout the session.
PEMF Therapy
A 60-minute session on a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat that delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses through the body. PEMF is a non-invasive modality that may support cellular repair, bone density, circulation, and pain management.
