The sauna operates at a comfortable 45-60°C — significantly lower than traditional Finnish saunas — while delivering near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths. The cabin includes chromotherapy with fifteen colour options and a private shower.

A forty-five-minute full-spectrum infrared sauna session in the larger ClearLight XL cabin, suitable for one or two people. Uses the same True Wave technology and full-spectrum infrared as the standard cabin, with more interior space and the same chromotherapy and private shower amenities.
