It includes a panoramic OPG X-ray, a full iTero 3D intraoral scan (no impression trays), a preliminary digital simulation showing how teeth are expected to move and what the final result will look like, and clinical photographs. An attested orthodontics specialist reviews the findings, recommends the most suitable appliance — typically an Invisalign plan level — and presents a detailed written price calculation with a five-instalment payment schedule, so patients leave with a complete picture of treatment scope, timeline, and cost before committing to anything.

Philips Zoom WhiteSpeed In-Office Teeth Whitening
Perfect Smile offers in-office teeth whitening using the Philips Zoom WhiteSpeed system — one of the most widely used professional LED-accelerated whitening technologies. A hydrogen-peroxide whitening gel is applied to the teeth under gum protection and activated by the Zoom blue LED lamp in successive cycles within a single visit, lightening enamel by several shades in around 90 minutes. For the strongest result the clinic recommends its combined package, which pairs a full professional dental hygiene session (removing tartar and surface staining first) with the whitening treatment at a discounted 10,500 Kč. Whitening is a popular finishing step after clear-aligner treatment, completing newly straightened smiles.

Every plan starts with a free consultation including an OPG X-ray, an iTero 3D intraoral scan, and a digital simulation of the projected result, so patients see the expected outcome before committing. Professional Dental Hygiene with AIRFLOW
Professional dental hygiene at Perfect Smile is delivered by university-trained dental hygienists at both Prague 1 locations. The first visit combines a full examination of teeth and gums, personalised oral-hygiene instruction, ultrasonic and hand-curette removal of tartar, tooth polishing, AIRFLOW air-polishing to lift surface staining from coffee, tea, and tobacco, and a finishing enamel fluoridation. Regular hygiene is particularly important during clear-aligner treatment, when trays cover the teeth for 22 hours a day — the clinic currently includes a free hygiene session with new aligner treatment and recommends ongoing visits to keep gums healthy throughout orthodontic care.
