It includes a panoramic OPG X-ray, a full iTero 3D intraoral scan (no impression trays), a preliminary digital simulation showing how teeth are expected to move and what the final result will look like, and clinical photographs. An attested orthodontics specialist reviews the findings, recommends the most suitable appliance — typically an Invisalign plan level — and presents a detailed written price calculation with a five-instalment payment schedule, so patients leave with a complete picture of treatment scope, timeline, and cost before committing to anything.
